Smoothie Recipe

One of the things I love about these cozies are that it fits the re-usable tumblers that you purchase at the store. I use my tumblers to drink my smoothies. It is the perfect size drink for me. I make a protein smoothie for days when I don't have time to cook breakfast. 


These smoothies pack a punch and gives me the nutrients I need to jumpstart my day. Here’s my protein smoothie recipe for today:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mango,
1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
1/2 of an avocado
1 probiotic drink
1 scoop vanilla creme protein powder
1/2 cup water
Blend everything together and enjoy😋
